Replace a document (by code) in Sharepoint 2010 Document Library

Hello,

I have an requirement in which the user can REPLACE the document in SharePoint 2010 document library. He does not want to replace CONTENTS of document but replace a document with another document and update the changes in Document Library.

I have tried a lot on this but unable to find a solution.

Please reply asap.
