Does any one have a tool(script) to open an excel sheet online on classic ASP
website, my customer like to open and modify excel sheets online..

Appreciate your help..

I would say Google docs (now google drive) is the way to go. I would go with an existing solution instead of even trying to develop one from scratch, because this is not just something that could be accomplished within a very short period of time.

Aspose is probably one of the better known pay for tool kits. It's also the one I use and I'm very happy with it:
