query is taken more than 25 sec for search

See more:

i have make a search. in this search more than 9833 record.

when i search by the portal the reader return 0 record or timeout expired.
when i execute query which is taken by sql server profiler return 1 record as in database. please help me

yes both question are same, but my question is when query result is 1 row after taking 25 sec, but when i search record by the portal reader does not return any record.
