You will need to subclass[^] the scrollbar and provide an override for the WM_PAINT message.

I know it, but how to get HWND for scroll bar of the listbox.

I assume you would need to enumerate the child windows of the ListBox and use GetClassInfo to check for the Scrollbar class.
