Image selected at runtime

Dear friends,

Here i adding one image to windows application form using c#. (without using picture box controls).

i need to Select that image when double click the mouse on above that image at runtime.

Runtime click the image it will selected appears the dragging points of the 4 corner.

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.
