How to display data from a MySql Database in a tree view

howsit, im a beginner programmer only been coding for a few weeks now, been given a task to display data from a MySql database in tree view diagram, but not in the way in which the tree view control gives it in Visual Studio, as i've already been told that not whats wanted.

any help would be appreciated
