Did you ever change GPO(Group Policy Object) to block installation of device in windows?

I have to block installation of device.
There may be some way to block installation of device.
But I chose the way to change Group Policy.
Can anybody tell me the detailed description about this?

Not a valid question. If you chose the way by yourself and did not explain anyone why, why would anyone give you some description. If you started with explaining you ultimate goals, it would be different story...
