I´m not able to open any zip file (Project).
what is wrong ?

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

Not clear. Zipped projects downloaded from here? OR through code? what exactly. Share your details.

Are you talking about opening in Windows Explorer or in your own code? Please give proper details of your problem.

I try to open the project exifworks.zip with several application.
Winzip, 7zip, rawdata an so one. the following message is shown: the archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

based on what you say now, it clearly means that the zipped file is damaged and cannot be extracted.
Either while downloading, full zipped file was not downloaded OR while zipping it, there was some issue.

Find another copy of the zip file and try out.

With IE it run´s
