Gridview as custom filed type in SharePoint server 2010

Hi,

When we try to create a new column in sharepoint, it will display some default field types like single line of Text, Date,Lookup etc. In my situation i need to create a Table or Gridview as a Fieldtype in SharePoint. So when user create a new column using this tableFieldType, a table needs to be appear in NewItemForm.
