copy one word content to another balnk word document which has only letter head and footer

Hi All,

I have two word documents one with some content and another is a blank documnet with some letter head and footer, I need to copy and pase the first word document content to the another word documnet which has the letter head.

I am developing this application in vb.net windows application.

How to ~~fix~~ implement this?
