epson lq 690 doesn't print landscape

i have an epson lq-690 dotmatrix printer, i'm trying to print a landscape paper using its back paper feed, but it always print the document vertically,i tried using Crystal Reports and Word 2007, but i can't fix the paper to be in landscape orientation

Can it do landscape using any other program? Have you checked the settings in printers (control panel). Do you use the correct printer driver? Sounds more like a hardware problem...

i tried only crystal reports and Word, i adjusted the setting to landscape orientaion and i use the driver for the CD that came with the printer
