How to integrate Quickbook with asp.net web application

Hi,
i am developing an asp.net web application which is a backoffice system.i need to integrate Quick book with my web site.i have searched for the solution on internet but did't find anything that define solution to my requirement in simple. Can anyone tell me about a step by step procedure to integrate my website with quick book

As mentioned in discussion, it would be good to take this up with 'Intuit Developer Network'. They would be able to help you more into it as it's a third party integration.
