We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

Go though any existing payroll software or get in touch with some accountant that can enlighten you with all the details. Before starting to develop a software, you need to do research and get clarification on requirements first.

asking here is not the correct way to know about it. Go and talk to someone face to face or play with any existing software to understand the needs of such software.

Don't hold your breath. Nobody is going to send you any code for this project. YOU are receiving credit for or (God forbid) getting paid to write this code, not us. I suggest YOU get down to writing the code.
