How to increase time for Video using File stream

Hi,
I am joining 4 video files into single file using File stream, by copying byte array values. And saved, but the size of video playing as time of the first video. The other 3 videos also there but they playing very fast. How to increase the time for that.

Are all the videos, the same format, same frame rate, same compression ratio?
Also are you manually creating pins in the video so the decoder knows where to stop and start? Go check out AVISynth http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/Main_Page
