Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' won't run on my Window server 2008, 64 bit

Hi,

i am using below connection string to map excel file to my dataset

ole = New System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection("Provider=Microsoft.jet.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=" & txtFilePath.Text & ";Extended Properties=""Excel 12.0;HDR=YES;IMEX=1""")

neither of Microsoft.jet.OLEDB.12.0 and Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 works in my server (64 bit).

Also i changed the Application target from "Any CPU" to "x86".
Can u please Suggest ?
