How can I use a dropdownlist control which will only bind the value yes/no.

And what is the issue with it?

Steps:
1. Place a webpage with controls - dropdown with yes/no OR a two radio buttons grouped such that only one can be selected
2. Now, place a submit button - on click of which you will track the selection of the control
3. Save the data as per selection into DB.
