I am working on project in vb.net,And in my project I want to update the database automatically when i make changes in Grid just like ADODC in VB6.0, So please guide me Its so urgent for me

It's not urgent for us. Don't tell us that you're so unable to do your job that all you can do is post a question and sit on your hands, it's annoying.

I assume this is not a web project, as you don't say it is. Your grid has all sorts of events, you can subscribe to those to know whenever a value is changed and when it is, you can run any code you like, including code to store changes in the DB.
