If you are going to print the bar codes, consider using a dedicated bar code printer. They usually come with their own API for printing crisp and clear barcodes. Here is a

If this is just for image generation you can have a look at
Barcode Image Generation Library[
^]. The library generates images, so you should be able to
display them without too much hassle[
^] in WPF.
