hi i am new to php
i want create a website that teachers can add questions according to categories to it or download question from website like a test paper.
is it better to use a cms or code it myself?
if the first one,which cms is suitable for me?
and if the second,what is the best reporting tool in php and which framework should i use?

If you are new to php you are better of using a cms. And why reinvent the wheel. There are tons of php cms's out there. Google it and search for comparisons. Have you considered using .net?

if it can create test paper depends on which cms you are using.
I think .net is the better choice if you are about to begin programming. The reasons are first of all better tools! There are really good and totally free tools from Microsoft for .net programmers! And it's easier to get good help.
If you want to be a pro, i guess the demand for .net programmers are slightly higher than php. (at least where I live)
