hi all, i am new to asp.net, i have to develop web application, in my web application i need to create
4 text box and one gridview i need to enter data's in textbox as well as grid and then user will save the data's
i don no how to design this interface. pls give me some idea or some reference web application to go ahead
with my application

If you have no idea how to create a form, how can you 'have' to develop a web app ? Surely no-one is paying you to ask us to write the code for you ?

You design ASP.NET pages by typing in HTML and server controls. There's a design view, but it's really only good to see how your form might look, before running the debugger to see how it does. It sounds like, if you're being paid for this, you should tell your client you're robbing them, buy an ASP.NET book and work through it. Good news is, if you're as new as you appear to be, you can skip ASP.NET and learn MVC3, which is newer and better.
