Excel Import and lock invalid data in another Excel File

Hello Guys
Importing Excel sheet into my local db. Its working fine but i want to capture all invalid rows data's with row number. Invalid rows data means two decimal points,".30.02",blank cells any more..

also want to notify my client for all error message and invalid data's using another excel..
So please give me any idea or solution..

I am waiting guys..

There is a lot of code to do what you are asking so where are you at? What have you done so far? Share where you are getting stuck.
