This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.

You can't. There's no such thing. A picture is a binary file, but you can't 'send it to another page'. You can identify it by a URL or an id, and pass that on the URL, that is about it, if you are changing pages.

You can do it by writing code. But there are a million and one ways to do it so we'll need a lot more information and what you have done so far.
