In Twain Interface need to set scanning size

Hello,

I have created one scanning application using twain interface. which i had downloaded from below link:

In this application, i need to set scanning size in it or need to make it auto. actually my problem is my page is 210*148 Millimeter, and when i open scan dialog i am not getting option to reset size when document feeder is selected. So now image is scanned in A4 size which creates problem to me. So please help for the same.
