how to develop a query which returns the similar company names.

1. if we entered one word from the company full name to search it has to display.

2. it should display the abbreviated companies(like if type TCS it has to display TATA Consultancy services)

3. the company names which sounds like the search key.

according to my research it can be possible using oracle regular expression..

could you please suggest me which is the best way and if possible a sample code.
