What you want to do is really easy, in VB.NET. Access uses VBScript, not a great idea. I am not sure what you expect from 'help me', but, you can use Access as your data store, and then write any code you want to create what you want to do. If you have no idea where to start, then if this is paid work, you should withdraw from it, and if it's a class, you should talk to your teacher. Either way, if you do actual work and have actual questions, we're here to help.

How do you have a boss who says to do everything in Access, if you don't know how to work with Access ? Using Access for the UI is a dumb idea.
