how to fix the below error while file uploading and downloading using asp.net3.5 web service asmx page..

<faultstring>Server was unable to process request. ---> Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Files\Datas\nana.txt' is denied.<detail>

You are uploading the file inside "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Files\Datas\" and you don't have administrator privilege then this error will come. Either you can change your upload directory or you can ask for the administrator for the privilege to write or copy any files in "C" drive of your hard-disc.
