I need to create an application which allow the users to create,modify and share the word document or power point through application.

Any suggestions or thoughts on this would be really helpful.

If you need to do that, I assume someone is paying for it. Did you tell them it was possible already ? If so, I hope they are paying you a lot. you'll need to rewrite word and powerpoint, using only HTML ( not an easy task ) and write the code to read and write the word/powerpoint file formats.
