iframe menu redirection using JQuery

I have a html page with two iframe[its names are frmMenu and frmContent]. iframe with name frmMenu load a html page having a list of redirection links[a tag]. Is it possible to load the pages on iframe frmContent when i click the link on iframe frmMenu. Is it possible to do with JQuery?

Anyone know about this issue please help me?
