status code 500 error

Hi,
we are using teleric rad controls.
Message: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500
It is getting from production.
It is working fine in local machine at production the error is getting.

getting this error when entering payments.

When something works locally but not in production it is usually a missing file or a permissions issue. Something is different. Make sure you have all the dlls you need for Telerik to work.

dlls all are there. client was used tablet pc. does any issue comes with using tablet.

I doubt there is an issue with tablet. It's just html that gets sent to the client so usually the only issue the client may cause is rendering. Does the tablet have IE? If so, are the developer tools installed? If so, run the dev tools and start debugging because it looks like you may be able to capture more details since it is failing in the .axd file.
