lookup field updating

Hi give me solution on this:I am having 2 lists called Groups and Category.Category list consists 1 lookup field(lookup data im getting from Groups List)and 3 normal fields.i am displaying lookup value in gridview(in row data bound).my problem is when im clicking that particular lookup value i want to insert remining 3 fields data through application form and update data in list
