File Upload in an Web Application running on google App Engine

Sir i have to implement the code to upload an excelsheet and then read it to insert the data into sql database on gooogle cloud

I have imlemented it by using FileOutputStream class of java.io but it is restricted by google app engine

Please help me out of it.............................
