Publish asp.net web application Project

Hi,

I have developed a web application project in .Net framework using visual studio 2010.
I want to deploy or publish this project in my server. In this publish dialog box i have "Service URl" and "Site\Application" text box. What should i enter in this text box. I have no idea to fill this text box.

Please give me an idea to publish this project.
