Database migration tool

Hi
I want convert one database schema to any of this database . Currently i tried by extracting all field and columns of database, then i created another database for destination and created same tables and fields using for loop. Any one give me a good solution

MS SQL to MS ACCESS
MS ACCESS to MS SQL
MY SQL to MS SQL
MS SQL to MY SQL
etc..

What have you done so far? Where are you stuck?

Are you saying you want one piece of code that can convert between any of those formats? There may be an ODBC driver that they all support otherwise you have to write code for each type.
