Database migration from local to live.

I have two database first one is local and second is live database.

I want to move local database to live database without affecting live database.

first Local and live database should be compared and then only new data from local should be move to live database without any affect on live data.

Is there any tool for doing this kind of work.??

I used database comparison tool.

best database comparison tool is red-gate but it is costly.

I use this free tool http://opendbiff.codeplex.com/

it is good database comparison tool
