how to create .cab file for WinCE dll

I have implemented a subproject(Camera driver) whose output is a dll to an already existing BSP(Board Support Package) and I want to deploy only this dll and its dependencies in a .cab file.
All links i got through google specify deploying applications and dll...none speak about only dll packaging...
I am working with cab files for the first time and dont know much...
please help....

What do you think the difference is between deploying an exe and dll and just a dll?

the msdn link i saw shows sm procedure to put the exe in start menu nd all...i got all confused....
thanks for the link...i think that ll solve my prob
