How to pass xml file to one service to another service using wcf

Hi
I have two wcf service(A,B) and i have hosted both the services on the web.When details is inserted into a db,the service A has to pull the data and send it to the service B by xml or notepad.Service B has to insert the details into other application. it is over the internet.Can you please advice me how to do it?
