Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

I made a windows service for finding disconnection of the remote machine and if it is disconnected i am sending the mail to admin.

I installed the service using command prompt.The service is installed successfully.

But when i start the service through services.msc it give me the error

what is the cause for that. Please give me reply
