AVI file problem

i am having problem with AVI file... (PROBLEM 1 ) i got frames of H264 compressed video... now i want to make a avi file out of these frames... the frames data is stored in a text file and it is continuous (a single file video.txt contains all data).... now i want to make this text file into avi file so that i can play it on my media player.... frames are H264 compressed.... (PROBLEM 2) in second case i want to make avi file of each frame.... each frame of data is stored in an array (array contains only 1 frame data at a time) ..... i want to make this compressed H264 frame into an avi file.... frames are H264 compressed... i am using Visual C++ 2005.... please help me or provide some working codes (C++ code)....

i have googled alot... but i cant find any answer.... all i found is BMP to AVI converter which i dont want... i got my data in form of compressed H264 format which i want to convert to avi.............. please provide some solution
