bar chart in report.rdlc...

hi..

i want to display barchart according to database values..

here i have a drop down list contains employee id..

so if i selects particular id then those correspoding numeric values are displayed as a barchart in reportviewer..

(i know passing parameter we can achieve this.. but i dont know how to do..)

how to do this..

need ur suggestions with examples
