vb6 IDE not working in windows 7

I have installed VB6 in Windows 7 OS and
when I drag any tools (text box, command botton etc) in IDE area
it starts like dancing unless I release the mouse. how can I fix it.

Not trying to be rude, but the best way to fix the problem is to get rid of VB6.

I understand that there may be some old programs that use VB6 and are run on old systems, but since you're going move on to Windows 7, using an old environment really isn't a feasible solution.
