Error in reference in every other pc except mine

Hi ,thanks for reading my question,, I have a webservice on my local pc,when i copy & try to run the project at my home pc or any other frds pc then it shows the message "Unable to connect to remote server",then i will go to delete the reference of the web service make a new reference then it working fine,, I want know the cure of this issue,, i think there is port issue.. waiting for ur reply,

Dont use local host as the Start or endpoint in web.config. You should use the actual ip adress of your server...
