What is R-Tree, GIS and MBR ? We are not your colleagues in the project to know these short forms. If you are expecting a answer, you should post in such a way that everybody can understand it..

R-Tree is an algorithm，GIS is short form of Geographic Information System,and MBR is Minimum Bounding Rectangle
