Unable to find metadata for 'Entities2012', devart Oracle dotConnect provider

I am running a silverlight based application with entity framework,

Facing this error

Error:
Unable to find metadata for 'Entities2012'

which is less descriptive, so i googled a little and found some solution which fails to resolve my issue.
Some blogs mentioned to see the path of the entity file reside in the web.config file.
The file reside in the path but, error still persists.
Is there anything to do with it? What causes this error?

Please help me ASAP.

I could not believe this error vanishes when i open my application on today.

Actually this comes suddenly without prior information and leaves the application without the thing.

I think it could be like due to absence of the particular database in the server.

Whatever it may, error is vanished somehow :-)
