It depends what kind of database you wanna to deploy. Add some more description to your question like which database you are using, which tool you are using to create installer. Use 'Improve question' link.

For a Windows Forms app with Access database, you really need not install anything other than the .NET framework on the user's machine but since most modern Windows machines come with .NET framework pre-installed, you needn't even do that. Just deploy the contents of debug folder (with dlls and database of course). This is the beauty of .NET apps, "Zero Impact Installation"..no installers nothing.
