how can i create a Bar Graph or Bar Chart in vb.net 2010

i want to help that is any suggestion or information for this following things..
i want a bar graph in my vb.net application so,can i do it with crystal report..
and if possible than how..?
I am using vs 2010...if not possible with crystal report than any other solution..
