Store the data read from sql server to excel in arabic

HI,
I have an application developed in VB.NET which will read the sales order details and create an excel file to store the sales order details. Now I want to store this information in Arabic format in Excel file instead of English. I am not able to convert the data read from SQL Server to Arabic before I write it to Excel File. I searched in google as well but could not find a solution.
