How to Create Virtual Directory through Setup Project ?

I developed a web service in VS 2008. Now i want to Install it on more than 1 system.
All Systems having Windows 7 OS and IIS 7.5
"How can i make a setup of this WebService so that on one click -
It should create a Virtual Directory & configure it at IIS.
