Hi i try to build a solutin for a emulator cataclysm i failed to succed becose the errors are around 20 that reapeating in difernet files i choose to not post directly the errors lines becose are to menny so i arhive them and upload , apologize me low englesh skill , if you can help me building this i will appreciate , my skype id is deleted i choose skype becose even if im lucky and some one answer me i dont know how to apply into the .cpp or .h files becose there are houndreats of lines and i suppose the solution must be place some where specific thanks for views and reply specialy for the person who decide to help building this .

It is highly unlikely that anyone will download your project and do this for you. It's the whole virus, trojan, malware hiding in archives thing. Take the first error, figure out what it is (whatever it is), fix it and then move on to the next error.

Hm. Unlikely? Maybe. Well, for the sheer fun of argument with your statement, I actually downloaded and inspected this "malware" in a safe way to read the content. It wasn't very interesting. If you want to see what is it -- please see my answer. :-)
If you cannot trust my judgement, you are welcome to download this dangerous resource by yourself and see the content. Believe me, it's not so malicious. :-)

Solution 1

With my modest understanding of security, I was sure to be safe with downloading this apparently inappropriate resource: this is really the file "errors.rar" with one text file "errors.txt". It contains almost 150 C++ complation error messages, but no code at all. Most error messages are trivial, like "undeclared identifier" or "missing type specifier".

My verdict would be this: unfortunately, right now, OP probably has no even the basic ideas on C++ programming, thus being simply underqualified for asking questions in this forum. Yes, we do help very weak or absolute beginning, but not those who does not know how to declare a variable. Unfortunately, we don't have resources for liquidation of elementary illiteracy. The mere fact that OP provided no code still hoping for help is already a sign of the lack of judgement, that is, the judgement is below some critical level below which the possible effect of any kind of quick help looks quite questionable.

I would recommend switch to learning of C++ and programming basics, not programming. The learning should be based on short and elementary samples (I usually recommend to write them as simple console applications) demonstrating elementary programming technique. The best way would be taking a good C++ manual for beginners with exercises on each chapter and read it all, not skipping any topics, solving most of the exercises on each topic.

Not to worry — the ability to program will come, with time and considerable effort, if only you are really passionate about it.

ok let me explain first please i never arhive a virus or malaware im not a stupid kid i have 31 years old ,and i can give any code to show becose the number of the files contain its huge and i import 6 files , 3 are .cpp and 2 are .h and the last one its cmakelist.txt the bets way its by skype i can show my desktop by skype and that is the best way becose how all know some times its not showing all the errors justa few at the start and after you fix the first wave it will appear more in till the solution its builded , my skype is geany_100

Please understand that I never blamed that you packed a virus. As you can see, I did not hesitate to download it. But for your information, most people won't download it. It can really be dangerous for people having a bit less understanding of security. This is you who knows that your files have nothing malicious, but why others should trust your?

Everything related to you code and errors is irrelevant as you did not publish a line of your code. If you don't understand that no help is possible without it, I don't know how anyone could explain you anything at all. I'll try to take a look as I went into it from the very beginning, but sorry, I cannot expect any help to be really effective, by the reasons I already explained.

And I already go too much beyond what people do. Please understand that to qualify for a question, you need some skills to reduce your code to some simple sample good for direct posting of the code on the CodeProject page. People do not download anything, normally. This is considered bad practice.

Are you serious?! Only the "src" contains 1560 files weighting 22M! And some part of it must be illiterate, judging by the error messages. Hire yourself a programming tutor, that's it. I would be curious how much you would have to pay.

My 5. I did not download these files and I salute your efforts (and taking the risk) in doing so.

Georgian, if you read this: SA is a very experienced programmer and the advice he offers is really the best you can hope for. All his contributions on this site (that I know of) are excellent. If he says you are lacking the most basic programming skills, then I have no doubts this assessment is correct.

You may have hoped for a different answer, but you'd be doing yourself a big favor in recognizing your current limitations. Only if you accept this, you have a chance to improve your skills.

But I would be more cautious about "no doubts". We all do mistakes, first, and then, the doubts is one of the most important driving forces of getting knowledge.
