How to store listview items into database

Good Afternoon Friends,
I am using Ms Access Database as a back end. I am using listview in my front end application. Please tell me how to store listview items into the database. I have five rows in listview. I need To save that five rows in the database.

Please Help Me... Thanks In Advance...
