I have confusion in :
There is one strong name assembly .And other assembly referenced to it then
What is true:
1>assembly has information of "public key, version and encrypted hash" of strong name assembly in its manifest
2>assembly has information of "public key and version "of dependant assembly which has strong name in its manifest.

Assemblies are referenced by [assembly name, version, public key, cpu architecture] which is the fully qualified name.

Some assemblies may be signed in which case the public key token is filled otherwise it is null.
